Loved lounging in the garden, feeling like a posh lady. Airport nearby, so convenient to jet off to my next destination. WiFi and parking, what more could a lady ask for?

Oh, just adored the lack of a hairdryer and the joy of sharing one towel between four of us. Such luxury!

I got great value for my money at Lakehayes Holiday Cottages. The room was spacious, newly renovated, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with plenty of lovely places to visit nearby, and the owners were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider selection of options.

I loved relaxing in the garden at this property, it was such a treat. , the flat-screen TV was a great addition, I enjoyed catching up on my shows while on vacation. The private parking was definitely a plus too!

What a shame, I really missed having a hairdryer in the cottage. Couldn't they have anticipated my need for fabulous hair during my stay?

I recently stayed at Lakehayes Holiday Cottages for a few days and had a fantastic time. The cottage was spacious and impeccably clean, with a high-end finish that exceeded my expectations. The owners were incredibly nice and accommodating, going above and beyond to provide us with everything we needed. The location was ideal, with Charmouth and Lyme Regis just a short drive away, offering plenty of activities to enjoy. I would highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful accommodations, excellent service, and convenient location.

I am so pleased I found this property to stay in. We had both cottages as 5 in the group and they were beautiful. Exceptionally clean, very spacious, beautifully decorated and a new, fresh feel to them. There was everything we needed in the accommodation including tea, coffee, sugar milk- all kitchen items, and towels and bathroom toiletries. We were there to celebrate for a party, and the hosts even provided some prosecco for us to enjoy!! The grounds were beautiful, plenty of parking and in a private area so we could enjoy being together. All modern touches with the bathroom mirrors too- a beautiful place to stay. Communication with the hosts beforehand was excellent- They asked how we would like the beds set up and all was organized before our arrival.

We were thrilled with our stay at Lakehayes Holiday Cottages! The cottages were beautifully decorated, spacious, and exceptionally clean. The hosts provided everything we needed, even a surprise bottle of prosecco! The grounds were stunning and the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions. The hosts were friendly and the communication was excellent. Highly recommended!

Breakfast delights could be improved with more variety of cutlery and an additional mirror in the bedroom.

I always come back here for my city breaks. The staff even gave me a wake-up call on my first stay. It has everything I need - Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, Electric kettle, Flat-screen TV, Outdoor dining area, No smoking on site. No regrets!

They were exceptionally clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We found everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to bathroom toiletries. the hosts were incredibly thoughtful and even provided us with some prosecco to celebrate our party. the grounds were serene and secluded, with ample parking available. Communication with the hosts before our arrival was excellent, and they even arranged the bed setup according to our preferences. it was a truly beautiful place to stay. Cons: Nothing, all was good! 😊.

lakehayes holiday cottages in south chard exceeded our expectations for our recent wedding ceremony. the beautiful cottages were exceptionally clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. the hosts went above and beyond by providing prosecco and excellent pre-arrival communication. the grounds were private and the bathroom mirrors added a modern touch.
